Using the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of two important indexes are used to analyze the industrial relevancy, the influence coefficient that Yunnan equipment manufacturing industry for the development of other industry has a strong leading role, and from induction degree coefficient analysis indicated that Yunnan equipment manufacturing industry for other industries development "leading role" is limited. On the one hand is the cause of low total. Analysis of the current situation that Yunnan equipment manufacturing already have a certain basis for the development, part of the industry have a bigger and strong foundation.Through the analysis, I think Yunnan equipment manufacturing industry development should treat the adjustment of position in the global value chain as the main line, take the high-end links in the value chain:from participation in the division of labor in embedding value chain, upgrade the position in the value chain from the technology and product innovation etc.. To the enterprise, should pay attention to introduction and training of all kinds of technical personnel, formulating the talent development system and corresponding measures, but also to expand the financing channels for enterprises and development strategy of establishing reasonable, specific measures include the product level, the technical level and production line improvement. And the government for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry has a more significant impact, through the analysis of this paper, the government should strengthen the Yunnan equipment manufacturing industry cluster planning and promote, focus on improving the infrastructure and software environment of Industrial Park, establishment of public service platform of information, to the planning with the in view of the current development of equipment manufacturing industry in Yunnan, pay attention to the characteristic advantage industry to cultivate and support.
