Under The Perspective Of Modern Agriculture Tobacco Agriculture Development Research Of Yanbian Area

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and it is the most basic material production department of human society. In the middle of the 20th century, after the Second World War, with industrialization and the development of science and technology has been put into production, agricultural production in the world of major developed countries firstly realized the transformation from traditional mode to modern mode. Modern agriculture is to rely on high-tech investment, modern management mode and scale of production and operation of agriculture, provide advanced technical support and material guarantee for the development of world agricultural production and the second and the third industry.China is a large agricultural country, "three rural" issue is always the primary problem of China. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, although China’s total agricultural production remained steady improvement in the state, the development of modern agriculture made great achievements, but there are still many problems such as low level of agricultural production, farmers scientific and cultural, backward technology and ideas in many area. All of these problems bring a serious impediment to the development of China’s agriculture, rural construction and the living standards of farmers improve. So under the guidance of the strategy of developing agriculture by relying on science and education, China vigorously promote the development of modern agriculture, continue to change the low level of input and output of traditional agriculture, and the depletion of resources and environment reality. While tobacco as an important part of agriculture, not only in the production process of tobacco exists a series of issues such as low efficiency, energy consumption and destruction of the ecological environment and so on, but also can not adapt to the rapid development of market economy in our country. Tobacco is one of the most important economic crops in China, whether in the planting area or output are the first in the world, and it has made a important contribution to the development of our country’s economy. The Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian province is located in the southeast of Jilin province. It is the main agricultural region of tobacco agriculture in Jilin Province, and tobacco agriculture plays an important role in the economic development of the region. In order to use the help of location advantage, improve tobacco production and farmers’ income, expanding the scale of planting area, solving problems of the current infrastructure and low quality of tobacco leaves can not meet the production needs of the contradictions and improve the profits of tobacco agricultural enterprises, promote the development of whole tobacco industry in Yanbian area,it is imperative to promote modern agriculture of tobacco.Therefore, from the perspective of modern agriculture, with specific statistical data and real material support, this paper starts from the reality of the development of tobacco agriculture in Yanbian area, combined with the development of the local tobacco industry, contact with the problems in the process of tobacco agricultural development, and make a comprehensive analysis about the causes of those problems, feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. The purpose is to provide a force for the development of modern tobacco agriculture in Yanbian area, to promote the construction of new socialist countryside thoroughly, to promote the formation of the Yanbian area as the main body of high-quality tobacco, the scale of production as the support, the basic facilities, rational layout, with the core competitiveness of modern tobacco agricultural system.
