Research On The Development Of Modern Agriculture In Qixian

Modern agriculture is a new agricultural development pattern, the development of modern agriculture is to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, the inevitable way to accelerate the integration of urban and rural construction, is also the inevitable requirement of the well-off society of comprehensive building. The key of modern agricultural development pattern, the choice of the path, a reasonable model of development can promote the rapid development of modern agricultural science.This paper takes Shanxi agricultural large country of Qixian as the research object, on the basis of investigation and analysis of the current situation of Qixian agricultural development, modern agriculture theory and research results, construct modern agriculture evaluation index system, using AHP to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels accounted for, and to the relevant data of Qixian from 2010 to 2012, for the establishment of agricultural development the evaluation model based on the development of agriculture, the country to do a quantitative analysis. At the same time, the use of SWOT-PEST model analysis, from four aspects of political, economic, social, technical analysis of the country is in the process of the development of modern agriculture in the strengths, weaknesses and the opportunities, threats, the qualitative evaluation of the development of modern agriculture in Qixian as a whole. The result show that, as of 2012, the country’s agriculture is still in the initial stage of development, resources, policy advantages of modern agriculture, a large potential for development, restrictive factors mainly include the shortage of funds, financing difficulties, the industrialization level is not high, low quality of farmers’science and technology culture. With the results of the analysis put forward the general idea of the development of modern agriculture in the country, the country of modern agricultural development model should be based on "agricultural product brand oriented", "high-tech leading type", "leading enterprise", "tourism development", "special cooperatives help type", and finally made a special measures to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in the country.
