The Study Of Industry Government Poverty Alleviation

The contradiction between the urban and rural economic structure of Chinese make poverty alleviation work become the focus and difficulty of the rural work. The developed area through the special fiscal transfer payment, social forces such as helping "blood transfusion" initiatives, solves the problem of absolute poverty. But how poor people in the labor productivity is low, the lack of factor of production under the condition of "hematopoietic", to promote its self development ability, to solve the relative poverty, improve fiscal capital input-output ratio, become all levels of government should think about face. In this paper, taking Hangzhou city as an example, research on the processing industry for poverty alleviation mode, analysis of project design, management through the introduction of reference, hoping to enhance the efficiency of poverty alleviation, industry participation and sustainability.
