Research On Housing Security System Of Hunan’s Migrant Workers Who In The Progress Of Citizenship

In recent years,with the high speed of urbanization and citizenship,the housing problem of migrant workers is deteriorating,which has blocked the process of citizenship.Our China has always stressed the common prosperity,but the large number of migrant workers don’t get achievements of city construction and social welfare,whether they are the mian force of city construction.Morever,the migrant workers still take low income and engage in hard working.As a result,in response to the construction of the new urbanization,Hunan Province must solve the housing security problem of migrant workers in the process of citizenship.In the first place,the paper summaries housing,the housing security system and optimizatri of housing security system from domestic and foreign researches,and take the housing filtering theory,the houing gradient consumption theory,the state intervention and welfare economics theory as their theoretical support,which can provide a reference for the improvement of migrant workers’ housing security system who are in the progress of citizenship in Hunan Province.Secondly,we start a questionnaire survey in the four representative cities from Hunan Province,such as Changsha,Zhuzhou,Shaoyang and Chenzhou.We can learn about the housing security and the demand for housing security.What’s more,in the empirical research on the influential factors of migrant workers’ demand for the housing welfare in Hunan Province,we make a conclusion through the crosstab,optimal scaling regression and multionmial Logistic regression.The result is that housing fund,the future places and city types will have significant effects on the needs of housing welfare.Finally,we provide suggestions for the optimizatrion of migrant workers’ housing security system in Hunan Province,from laws,the demand and supply of affordable housing and housing rental markets.The citizenship of migrant workers will spend much more time,so we must step by step,solving the housing problems in the process of citizenship.The paper makes a breakthrough from land reform,introducing the homestead replacement and the housing rental markets of migrant workers.Furthermore,we put forward an approciate and dynamic housing security system,which according to the three stages of citizenship.We hope to make reference for future research and the improvement of housing security system.
