Research On Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Housing Security For New Generation Of Migrant Workers And Its Solution

The new generation of farmers has made great contribution to the development of urbanization.They have strong citizenization will and the demand for housing security is very urgent.The government has some measures in the aspect of housing security,but insufficient.The contradiction between the housing security demand and the actual supply is increasingly prominent.The enhancement of housing security can not only promote the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers,but also promote the overall urbanization process.In the logical framework of urban housing security system evolution,the new generation of migrant workers' housing security system evolution has experienced three stages: exploration,deepening and strengthening.Through the rules of institutional evolution,the housing security system reform of migrant workers is in the same line with the economic system reform and social stability.There are bottlenecks in the evolution of the housing security system of migrant workers: Shortage of social resources leads to insufficient supply of housing security;the unbalanced supply structure of housing security can not meet the growing demand.Through literature review and empirical research on Tangshan City,Hebei Province.Analyze the housing and demand situation of the new generation of migrant workers.It is found that the contradiction between supply and demand of housing security of migrant workers is mainly manifested as: insufficient supply cannot meet the huge demand;a single housing form cannot meet the diversified demand;poor housing conditions can not meet the high-level demand;high level of housing consumption leads to huge housing pressure;limited role of housing security leads to urgent demand for security.Build an orderly regression model to measure the housing satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers,and then find the factors that affect the contradiction between supply and demand.The main influencing factors of housing satisfaction are marriage status,per capita housing area,living with spouse and children,annual income,housing consumption expenditure and housing external convenience.The basic way to solve the contradiction between housing security supply and demand is to increase the quantity of housing security supply,realize the diversification of housing forms by standardizing the rental market,improve housing conditions and meet the development demand,stabilize the house price and enhance the housing consumption capacity,and take multiple measures to improve the level of housing security,which can solve the structural imbalance contradiction.Migrant workers also need to improve their ability of self-protection.All of these can provide new ideas for the housing security of the new generation of migrant workers.Figure 13;Table 14;Reference 60...
