Housing Security Needs Of Migrants In Jinan

As to speed up the development of China’s urbanization process, a large number of rural surplus labor forces to cities, the population to the point of entry of our country’s economic and social development has injected a backbone. Groups of migrant workers for our urban construction, social development contributes own strength, but their basic rights and interests of housing are not guaranteed. Because of the dual economic system of the household registration system, they can’t enjoy equal to urban residents housing security and civil rights, excluded from the edge of the city. Migrant workers affected by itself and other aspects have the housing needs of the community itself.This paper mainly through the questionnaire method, the Jinan migrant workers the status of housing, the housing demand and the influence factors has made the detailed and in-depth investigation and analysis of research. In this paper, through the EXCEL data statistical analysis it is concluded that housing costs, personal factors, retrieval process, housing improvement and traffic convenience from two aspects of positive and negative will influence the housing demand. In view of the research conclusion, this paper puts forward measures to improve the rural migrant workers housing demand, mainly includes: housing rental and property management fees should be appropriate; Housing the application policies should be simple and feasible, and the application of standard to relax appropriately; Migrant workers from their own, should pay timely attention to note about the affordable housing policy of the government, in favor of their application. From the government point of view, the government should reasonable planning and housing location and layout; In the construction process, must at the same time to form a complete set of infrastructure construction, to ensure synchronization carry on, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the living conditions of migrant workers. The aim of this study is to right of migrant workers access to affordable housing, help to improve their living conditions.
