Research On Legal Environment Of Tourism In Loudi

It is necessary to creat the good environment to guarantee the sustainable development of tourism industry.Legal environment in tourism can standardize the tourism market,protect and make use of tourism resources,promote the tourism sustainable and healthy.It is clear that tourism legal environment is increasingly becoming one of the important factors for regional or national tourism economy development.Since "Tourism law of the People’s Republic of China" was promulgated in October 1,2013,the tourism market environment have well improved,the construction of tourism legal environment is still not optimistic.This paper takes Loudi as an example,firstly,through the literature analysis,field investigation to analyze the current situation of Loudi’s tourism development and Loudi’s tourism legal environment.We found that,on the one hand,Loudi’s tourism economy increased clearly,the achievement of tourism project construction appeared gradually turned,brand creation gradually into series,and tourism industry pattern have been finished.However the execution of tourism low consciousness in tourism not did its best.On the other hand,although tourism legal environment has improved,of law needs to be strengthened.Secondly,by collecting data,literature analysis,the author analyze the problems and causations of tourism legal environment.Problems :law in tourism does not reach the development of tourism position,the execution of tourism needs to strengthen,tourism justice is still in low-development,and lack of law consciousness of tourism. Reasons: the deviation of tourism development concept, tourism of law is imperfect, the rights of citizen consciousness is weak,lack of professional talents.Finally,according to the problems of Loudi’s tourism legal environment,the author puts forward some countermeasures that constructing and optimizing tourism legal environment is a constant process.It needs administrative departments,policy makers,tourists,tourism practitioners worked together,such as improving the tourism laws and regulations,strengthening the execution of tourism law,optimizing the judicial mechanism in tourisming,cultivate consciousness of tourism legal environment,strengthening construction of the professinal talents for tourism legal system.At last,the author point out the shortcomings in the papar and put forward the future outlook.
