Strategy Research Of The Rural Tourism Development In Loudi City

Rural Tourism in China emerged in the1980s. Though still in its infancy, it wasgrowing very rapidly. With the in-depth development of the recent launch of RuralTourism and the promotional activities such as "new countryside, new tourism, newexperiences, new trend,""charming villages, vibrant cities, a harmonious China" etc.,Chinese Rural Tourism market has been developed and become an important supportfor domestic tourism. Rural Tourism plays an important role in the optimization andadjustment of regional tourism industries, in the promotion of the agriculturalstructure adjustment, in the increase of rural employment opportunities and in thepromotion of sustainable development of the rural social and economic situation.Loudi locates in geometric center of Hunan Province. It is only one hour’s drivefrom the City Group of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Loudi City has rich RuralTourism resources. The further development of Rural Tourism resources in Loudi cannot only better develop Loudi’s tourism, but also promote the new ruralconstruction.In recent years, Loudi proposed to create the general concept of"Changzhutan Back Garden". Loudi made good progress in the development of RuralTourism as an important aspect. However, the understanding, development, operation,management and research of the Rural Tourism are still at a relatively low level andthe Rural Tourism market is still weak. Therefore the purpose of this paper is topromote the region’s rural economy and rural area condition through making use ofthe advantages of area adjacent, developing the rich regional tourism resources,improving the understanding of the Rural Tourism and guiding and supporting thehealthy development of Rural Tourism.This paper analyzes the concept of rural tourism based on the understanding ofdomestic and international research. It makes use of the relevant research results ofthe theory and the latest statistics and the latest policy document, analyzes Loudi Citytourism resources and rural tourism through field surveys, literature research,comparison and other methods and lists in detail the advanced experience in theprocess of development of rural tourism in some areas. At the same time, the paperdescribes the status of the Loudi rural tourism development on the basis of a largenumber of first-hand information, comes out with the bottleneck which constrains therural tourism and healthy development of Loudi City and puts forward constructive ideas and measures, including strengthening government guidance and marketmanagement, making innovative business model, developing new tourism productsand improving publicity. Through these methods, we can open the new situation of theLoudi rural tourism development and provide strong support for the city’s tourismeconomy as well as the overall economic development as soon as possible withscientific planning and rational development, innovation management, and publicityimprovement. Compared to previous studies, this paper gives constructive suggestionsof cooperation between the Provincial Party government and provincial departmentsof Loudi City, and provides a new idea for the development of rural tourism in LoudiCity by striving for the common construction of the Provincial Party government andprovincial departments and Loudi City to develop rural tourism and enriching thepeople.
