The Research On The Development Path Of Urban-rural Integration In Shanxi Province

China’s economic must go through the way that Urban and rural integration, urban-rural integration is the key to solve the three rural issues. The way we choose Shanxi Urban-rural integration affects the success of the province’s economic restructuring, expanding or narrowing the gap between urban and rural, the improving of the quality of people’s living or not. Currently, the level of Shanxi urban-rural integration is relatively backward, we need to find our own urban-rural integration roads by learning and innovating.This paper studies abroad successful urban-rural integration model, we get inspiration for the Shanxi urban-rural integration by analogies. This paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model of urban-rural integration by the method of AHP, the model is divided into four subsystems: spatial integration, economic integration, social integration and ecological integration, Four subsystems composed by 17 indicators. We get the statistical data about Shanxi from 2005 to 2012 through referring to the "China Statistical Yearbook", "Shanxi Statistical Yearbook" and the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government website, and we use the mathematical tool software of Matlab for data analysis. The result shows that the increasing of the comprehensive indicator of Shanxi urban-rural integration is highly depend on the increasing of economy, and the construction of space, social and ecological play a minor role than economy, in particular, the other three comprehensive indicators have dropped in 2010 and 2011.Combined with the results and the current opportunities, the author put forward some constructive suggestions for Shanxi urban-rural integration in terms of agriculture, infrastructure, public services and household registration system.
