Analysis On The Financial Agglomeration Radiation Effect Of City Group In Eastern And Central Regions

As a senior phenomenon of regional spatial form,Urban agglomeration is an important indicator of the level of economic development and modernization. Urban agglomeration’s emergence is the result of industrialization and urbanization highly elevated, it can generate huge economic agglomeration benefits to national economy.Similar to the economic spillover effects of Urban agglomeration Agglomeration economies,Urban Agglomeration’s evolution process is accompanied by the formation of Financial agglomeration; Financial agglomeration effect of Urban agglomeration has become increasingly evident. Base on the research of the Urban Agglomeration and financial agglomeration theory,this dissertation calculateed the level of financial agglomeration in eastern and central region’s Urban agglomeration scientifically, estimated the financial agglomeration radiation range of urban agglomeration.Firstly, the authors collected the economic and financial data of urban agglomeration from 1990 to 2012, established the Evaluation index system of urban agglomerations’ financial agglomeration in Eastern and central regions.,used Principal component weight method to calculate the location entropy as the evaluation of the financial agglomeration.Secondly, By using the breaking point theory and Wilson model,the radiation range of Financial Agglomeration were calculated The result shows that: Compared with two urban agglomerations in central regions, six urban agglomerations in Eastern regions have higher degree of financial agglomeration and wider range of financial agglomeration of radiation. The financial agglomeration degree of The Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations Ranked in the top;With these urban agglomerations as center,China has initially formed a financial radiation pattern.Finally, this dissertation made a detailed analysis on Eastern and central regions’ Metropolitan financial agglomeration radiation range;then put forword some policy recommendations to promote the Financial agglomeration level of Eastern and central regions’ Urban agglomerations.
