Study On The Similarities And Differences In Industrial Structure And Urban Functional Connection Of The Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomerations

The urban group is a new stage of development of urbanization, and the development of urban group will gradually become the subject of regional development and competition. After calculating and analyzing on correlation, outgoing function quantity, urban flow intensity and urban flow tendency degree through the methods of location quotient gray correlation analysis and urban flow intensity analysis in 10 major central urban in Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomerations, the results demonstrate that within urban group, industrial isomorphism phenomenon is quite obvious in the development of secondary industry and the third industrial, service industries in Shenyang and Dalian develops rapidly and completely which nearly close to national overall development trend. However, other areas are relative backward, and overall external services still rely on the support of some other departments. Through the research on the development of the Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomerations, this paper advises that the adjustments of industrial structure can accelerate development of urban agglomerations. This paper can be divided into six chapters respectively as follows:The first chapter is introduction which emphatically introduces the background and significance as well as the main content and research methods. And it also introduces empirical research achievements and progress on the theory of urban agglomeration in domestic and abroad.The second chapter starts the analysis on the development process of the urban group in middle-south part of Liaoning province. It researches on systematic and qualitative analyses from the urbanization level, urban system structure, spatial connection degree, city division, and economic growth path aspects of concrete analysis, and summarizes the development stage of urban group.The third chapter is industrial structure similarity analyses of the urban group in middle-south part of Liaoning Province. Through the comparisons of research content and methods on urban agglomeration which it applies Location quotient and grey relational grade to perform the multiple perspectives analyses on the industrial structure of urban agglomeration from macro and micro perspectives in Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomerations, and then discovers its industrial structure characteristics. Chapter four introduces the city flow intensity calculation method to analyze inter-city and public service functions between the urban groups in Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomerations. Combining with industry structure analysis in Chapter Three, it researches further on structure features of secondary industry and tertiary industry in middle-south part of Liaoning Province.Chapter five summarizes the research contents of the preceding chapters and applies it practically. This chapter advises on the development of middle-south part of Liaoning Province in order to seek harmony paths to optimize the industrial structure and promote the holistic development of urban agglomerations.The sixth chapter is conclusion. It mainly generalizes the content of this paper which consist of the research conclusions, innovations and the future prospect of the research on the Urban Group in Middle-south Part of Liaoning Province.
