Under the context of market-oriented reforms in the salt industry,that how the Jiangxi Jinghao Salt and Chemical company which acts as one of the national major manufacturing enterprise in the salt industry studies and weighs the situation and fully considers the factors of the external environment and the status of enterprise of its own and draws out the marketing tactics which suit the development of the enterprise in order to keep more advantages of competition in future market competition,is a strategic issue for us to lay stress On at present and later on. Take example of Jiangxi Jinghao Salt and Chemical Company, it is facing an increasingly tough market environment, enterprises should be based on its competitive position, develop appropriate marketing and management strategies to respond to rapidly changing market environment.In this paper, marketing management strategies of Jiangxi Jinghao Salt and Chemical Company are analyzed and researched using modern marketing theory and management thinking. It focuses on comparative analysis of marketing management of the domestic and foreign salt industry, and summarizes the reference of overseas salt products marketing model; Take example of Jiangxi Jinghao Salt and Chemical Company, it analyzes the historical evolution of its marketing model, the basic characteristics, existing problems and problem cause; it proposes optimization solutions of product marketing strategy, under the context of market-oriented reforms; It establishes the safeguards when the marketing management strategies are implemented, including formation of a professional marketing team, establish a relatively sound performance appraisal system, consolidate and improve the relationship between the upstream and downstream customers, construction distinctive corporate culture.
