Optimization Research On Medicine Distribution Routing Problem For Hunan Province CF Corporation

The growing health concerns of people promotes rapid growth of medicine requirement, which drives the prosperous development of medical logistics industry. As an important link of medical logistics, medicine distribution is receving more and more attentions of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises. With the increasingly fierce competition of medical logistics industry, it is especially important to arrange the routes of distribution more systematic so that it can cost savings, promote efficiency and service quality to enhance the comprehensive strength of the corporation. Hunan CF corporation is an increasing expanded pharmaceutical logistic enterprise, however, at the present stage, the choice of medicine’s delivery mainly rely on experiences which can’t meet the need of its own development demand. The analysis of current medicine distribution status and improvement program of vehicle driving routes are particular problems in current stage of CF corporation.This article selects Hunan CF corporation as the research object.And this reaearch is to optimize the process of medicine distribution path selection issue basing on the analysis of its current medicine logistic distribution situation. It first introduces the related theories of VRP and analyses the current medicine distribution situation of CF corporation. Furthermore, based on different consumer groups,the research constructs corresponding medicine distribution routes optimized model which assigns the minimum distribution cost as the optimizing objective. Then, according to concrete condition of medicine distribution in Changsha’s clinics, GA is used to solve chromosome coding, species initialization, genetic operator design. And according to the actual situation set four main genetic parameters by experiment. Then, the route optimization model is solved by using MATLAB software,obtain the approximate optimal medicine distribution routing scheme. By comparing before and after medicine distribution route optimization scheme, found medicine distribution route scheme that based on genetic algorithm is can decrease total distribution vehicle mileage and improve vehicle cubed,largely reduces the CF corporation medicine distribution company costs. Finally, using the C-W to comparative analysis the has been obtained medicine distribution route scheme, the results showed that the CF corporation medicine delivery vehicle routing optimization problem using GA is better than C-W.
