The electric power enterprise informatization is an important part of national informatization, which widely relates to equipment quantity, technical performance, efficiency and applications etc. Through study of indexes evaluation system to evaluate electric power enterprise informatization level evaluation, simply using several individual indicators can not evaluate it objective, we need to make a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system according to the characteristics of Informationization to evaluate. From the perspective of rich and perfect our country’s national informatization index system and enterprise informatization index system, Study and formulate the informatization index system special for electric power enterprises is a very important meaning to explore the issue. Therefore,to establish a set of effective evaluation index system and ensure the realization of the target of electric power enterprises informatization have become an urgent need for the majority of power enterprisesThis thesis studied the current situation of the development of informationization and the existing problems of electric power enterprises in China, On the basis of the existing various kinds of informatization evaluation systems, according to the characteristics of the electric power enterprise, we studied the evaluation index system of enterprise informatization development present situation and the electric power enterprise informatization construction, and put forward the comprehensive evaluation index system based on cloud model. Through the combined with expert evaluation and using the cloud model’s characteristics of qualitative and quantitative conversion methods to establish a mathematical model to analysis, and combined with the example established the comprehensive evaluation of informatization level model for electric power enterprises. Through the comprehensive evaluation model of informatization level of power enterprises with detailed comparative analysis, and find out the advantages and disadvantages of electric power enterprises, then give an objective evaluation, It has a great significance to future development direction of electric power enterprises. At the same time, it can also solve the project scheme whether is feasible and the alternatives selection problems, and for investment decision and scheme selection provides a scientific method.Finally, we use the Datang Group as an example, and comprehensive evaluate and show its informatization level with the cloud model, and get a better result. Through the empirical study, it proves that the evaluation model owing good application value and guidance in practice.
