Road Logistic Harbor is a new logistics operating model. Through integrating the logistics resources, establishing a client-lead complete service system, which can provide custom.the one-stop service and improve traditional freight market. This article intended to find some effective methods to improve the competitiveness of Road Logistic Harbor.The paper uses fuzzy quality function deployment method (FQFD) to evaluate the competitiveness of Road Logistic Harbor. Based on analyzing the factors that effect the competition of Road Logistic Harbor, The article establish a index system to evaluate competitiveness of Road Logistic Harbor, with using the quality Function Deployment (QFD) and triangular fuzzy principle.Through this study, the paper obtained the following results:(1)This paper constructs a index system to evaluate the competitiveness of the Road Logistic Harbor. According to the demand of the model, the demand index and the technology index should be respectively designed. (2)After establishing the index system, the questionnaire should be designed. There are two kinds of questionnaires in this article. The first one is to search the satisfaction and importance of the demand index.The second one is to investigate the relationship between the demand index and technology index. (3)Regard the Anhui Zhongcai Road Logistic Harbor as the research object, through the operating of the model. There are some results that can provide to improve the competitiveness of Road Logistic Harbor. They are strengthening the management, integrating the resources of logistics market, strengthening the overall plan and promote the information level of measures, which can improve the competitiveness of Road Logistic Harbor at the largest extent. Through the analysis of the results, some meaningful methods have been put forward to enhance the competitiveness of Anhui Zhongcai Road Logistic Harbor and they can also promote the development of the transport industry.
