So, how to deal with the relationship between city construction, landless peasants and land benefit and the interests of farmers, and how to safeguard the farmers’ living standards are not lowered and sustainable development, and how to find out a balance point of the local economy and the living standards of farmers enhance common development, become a key problem of farmers, agriculture, rural areas and difficult problems in Changji city.This paper takes Xinjiang Changji city land acquisition compensation model as an example, analyzes the present situation about land acquisition compensation standard, compensation and resettlement, point out the resettlement modes such as program and existing land acquisition compensation single mode, low compensation standard, land expropriated farmers’ social security system is not perfect, is employment and Entrepreneurship of landless farmers support is not in place and so on, used the questionnaire method, around the land expropriated farmers, farmers willingness of land expropriation compensation, resettlement compensation policy scheme ofsatisfaction, want compensation method, compensation for later life status and satisfaction five aspects carries on the investigation, on this basis, put forward Changji city "1+2+N" land acquisition compensation optimization model, and put forward the countermeasures to guarantee implementation of the model, provides the ideas with a view to Changji cityland compensation and resettlement work.
