As a modern enterprise compensation management of many aspects of human resource management is also the most important one is the most sensitive, which seriously affect the competitiveness of enterprises. According to the enterprise’s own actual situation, design a most suitable for this enterprise salary system, which is of great significance for the survival and development of the enterprise, that is to say of the reform of the salary distribution optimization Is the General Trend.In this paper, via the analysis of the domestic and foreign present situation of compensation management, and the current situation of domestic power grid enterprise compensation management problems, with salary point system for the contents of the draft, using analytical hierarchy process, constructed analysis job evaluation hierarchical model to determine the job evaluation, use based on triangular fuzzy number AHP entropy to calculate job evaluation index weight, according to the elements point method for power grid enterprises jobs were evaluated based on the position the evaluation results form the job hierarchy, combined with key performance indicators and competency model, responsibilities and qualifications for grid enterprise managers and front-line employees of different designs were different performance index and its performance appraisal conducted for the pay point determine wages and salary system optimization design basis.On this basis, expounds the power grid enterprise salary system optimization objectives, principles and design ideas, design to personal values, post value, contribution value such as the three major value oriented including salary point, performance salary’s point, the quality of basic salary point salary, wage and allowance salary system optimization analysis and calculations, and the optimal scheme to design the sample to a Power Grid Corp staff. At the same time the implementation of in-depth and meticulous research on the optimization of the salary system of the transition of the design scheme and the optimization scheme of compensation system, and further improve and explore, makes the compensation system can play a better role.
