Research On Intensive Material Management For A Large Power Generation Group

Material management is one of the indispensable and important content in enterprise business activities. It is the process that plan, organize, and control the procurement, distribution, storage and consumption of materials required in production process of enterprise. Furthermore, as the important basic industry which is beneficial to national economy and livelihood of the people, power generation enterprise have to guarantee that stable purchasing and supplying of equipment, raw materials and fuel lead to continuity and stability of production. This has put forward higher requirement for quality, stability and timeliness of supplying and capacity and credibility of supplier.Firstly, the background of material intensive management subject and current development situation of domestic and overseas material management research has been reviewed and introduced. Meanwhile, the concept and advantage of material intensive management, optimization strategy that enterprise should take to realize material intensive management have been explicitly described. Supply chain management and related theory and the crucial positive role of information technology play in materials intensive management and supply chain management have been briefly elaborated.Secondly, the situation of H group of materials management has been introduced. In the beginning, the basic situation of the enterprise and its intensive basic condition have been introduced from the point of development process of H group and the existing scale. Then, organization structure and material work flow of three level material management of H group have been focused on. In the end, material information construction status of this group have been briefly described.Last, according to strengthen supplier management, the establish strategic partnership with supplier and research on the construction of green supply chain and other aspects based on supply chain theory, scheme on construction of supplier evaluation and management system have been described from the view of actual participation of the electronic commerce construction of H group. Furthermore, construction programmer on enterprise material intensive management system have been put forward from present situation of H group.
