An Analysis On The Influence Factors On The Economic Forests Income In Gannan Former Central Soviet Area

The problem about forestry, agroforestry and forest areas is important on the development of economy in forestry, and to solve the problem is the key to promote the development of economy in forest areas. The development of economy in forest areas depends on the industry of economic forest. The traits of economic forest are shortness of growth period, low cost of investment and effectiveness of economy. Thus, the development of economic forest in Gannan former central Soviet area is increasingly becoming the key to boost revenue of agroforestry. The development of economic forest has a direct influence on the income of local agroforestry, the economic development of agroforestry and rational utilization and sustainable development of forest resources. Take advantage of the economic forest to promote the development in Gannan former central Soviet area is imperative.The author take the forest farmers in Gannan former central Soviet area as the research object, take the income as a breakthrough point, and this issue about the influence factors on the economic forests income will be searched and discussed. The author obtained relevant data by field research, picking up several index such as individual traits, family characteristic, natural endowment of economic forest and forestry policies and so on, to set up a linear regression model. By this method, the research on each variable quantity influencing the revenue of economic in Gannan former central Soviet area is carried out. The research find a positive relationship with the education degree of forestry famers, the number of people who has long been engaged in forestry in a family, the proportion of expenditure on economic forest in a family, the economic forest area, take part in the cooperation organization or not, attitude towards the taxation and the economic forests income. Then research shows that the six factors can be di vided into three categories by cluster analysis: the knowledge structure and social cognition will affect the attitude towards the taxation, the education degree and the number of people who has long been engaged in forestry will affect the decision of take part in the cooperation organization or not, at last, the economic forest area is left alone as some objective factors.Combining the particular cases of economic forest in Gannan former central Soviet area, the suggestions for the further development are proposed from the following four facets. Above all, the promotion of professional skills training and new occupations in economic forest fulfill the flow of each element in Gannan former central Soviet area and other places; Secondly, the achievement of collocation resources reasonably perfect the construction of forestry cooperative; Moreover, the participation rate in forestry cooperative is improved and the reform of forest property is accelerated; Last but not the least, the level of intensive management is promoted.
