An Empirical Analysis On The Influence Factors Of The Willingness Of Forestry Farmers Plant Navel Oranges In South Of Jiangxi

The State Council carried out the forty five ideas about revitalizing and developing Gannan Former Central Soviet Area(referred to Gannan Soviet Area as follows)in 2012 June, which emphasized that a comparative economic forestry resource superiority should be kept a foothold, the characteristic superiority industry should be cultivated and navel oranges industry should be strengthened.We must explicit the important role in developing economic forests to promote to change the economic forests resource superiority into the economic superiority and promote forestry farmers from poverty to rich. The development of Gannan Soviet Area,strengthening and enlarging the economic forests industry must mobilize all forestry farmers investment enthusiasm.Forestry farmers were some persons combining rational persons with social economic persons,who pursued the maximization of production utility and profits.Their production willingness were affected on all sorts of factors and their production management behaviors were remarkably uncertain.Therefore,it was well worth attention that how to find the key influence factors in all factors to improve the enthusiasm of planting naval oranges.Taking the navel oranges planting willingness as the research objects, putting navel oranges main production areas Xin Feng,Hui Chang and An Yuan as the research areas,based on the realistic survey data of three counties 150 basic forestry farmers in rural area,choosing eighteen independent variables of seven categories,the article used the Binary Logistic Model to empirically research the influence factors on the willingness of planting naval oranges.The research results showed that education degree,the proportion of family labor,the production management way,whether the market sales places were smooth or not,whether to apply for a registered trademark or not,whether to accept the forestry science and technology training or not had a significant effect on the navel oranges production management willingness of forestry farmers,which was in accordance with the research hypothesis.But gender,age,occupation,family income levels,navel oranges planting areas,convenient transportation,water conservancy facilities,convenient degree,whether it is far from the recent navel oranges or not,the production capital sources,the self evaluation of the production,the price of navel oranges,whether to apply for forestry subsidy or not had a negative effect on the navel orange production management willingness of forestry farmers.Therefore,the article put forward some illuminating advice to promote the enthusiasm of producing naval oranges according to the significant influence factors: one,peasants vocational training education should be taken attention to and farmers comprehensivequality training should be increased; two,navel oranges industry chain should be extended and the total agricultural efficiency should be improved; three,the navel oranges group specialization degree should be improved and the production mode should be transferred from the“extensive”to “intensive”; four,the level of operation and management should be improved and the smooth degree of marketing sales channels should be increased; five,the role of trade brand should be played and the international and domestic market should be explored; six,the policies of forestry science and technology to countryside should be implemented and the skills training should be increased.
