China’s economic development is under the new normal situation, science and technology will be the main force to drive development, t he modern agricultural development also needs the support and leading of science and technology. In recent years, the Science and Technology of our country has made a great improvement, many new agricultural technologies and products emerged continuously. But the rate of our country’s Agricultural Science and Technology achieveme nts transformation is in a very low level for a long time, it leaded a huge waste of many new practical Agricultural technologies. The influence factors of Agricultural Science and Technology achievements transformation is very complicated, not only economic and politic but also culture and society factors, even objective reasons and subjective reasons. The problems of subject transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation is one of the important factors, so we can have a major impact for timely and effective transformation of Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation through discussing the problems in the subject o f Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation and establishing People-oriented in Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation.This thesis studied the transformational subject of our country’s Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation based on consciousness of problems. Divided Agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation into four main subjects through analyzed the present transformational features and situation of our country’s Agricultural Scientific and Technological achievements transformation. Analyzed the existing problems in the four subjects of transformation on the basis of explaining the four subjects of transformation and the relationships between them, pointed out that the importance of the Human dominant position in Agricultural science and Technology Achievements transformation, and proposed some suggestions on the basis of Human dominant position to promote the transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements better.This thesis includes six chapters.The first chapter: analyzed and introduced mainly on backgrounds of this thesis, significance, study situations in foreign country and domestic, study methods through related policies and references.The second chapter: introduced the concepts, content and characters simply, defined the four subjects of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation, and explained the concept of subject, and characters, content of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation.The third chapter: explained the status and content of the four transformational subjects separately of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation, analyzed the mutual relationships between the various subjects.The fourth chapter: analyzed the problems in each four transformational subjects of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation.The fifth chapter: proposed People-oriented specific countermeasures to promote the Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements transformation of our country on the basis of the position of the human body.The sixth chapter: conclusion. S ummarized the main points of the whole thesis, and overviewed the main opinions of this thesis.
