Study On Optimization Of Production Logistics System Of A Foundry Company Based On IRP

Since 1990 s, Foundry enterprise has attracted the attention widely from state and society, as core national pillar industry, its developed and management level have an influence on automobile, machinery and other industrial manufacturing industries. At the same time, management experts and scholars defined logistics as the “third profit source" and a research unrest in logistics management started. Most Chinese traditional foundry enterprises were launched early, but because of the state-owned enterprise system restrictions or other reasons, they are developed slowly all the way, up to the beginning of the twenty-first Century, many bottleneck problems of production logistics management appeared, and putting forward reasonable solutions for these problems, which is going to inject new motivation, is undoubted development strategy for Chinese traditional foundry.Firstly, taking production logistics as breakthrough point, learning the current situation of enterprise production logistics from the first material which were collected through questionnaire and field research and analyzed carefully and put in order. Moreover, production logistics were analyzed from the external environment, organizational structure, production logistics process, function domains, position settings, responsibilities and business process and many other aspects. Least but not last, summarizing the existing problems of enterprise production logistics.With current status analysis and difficult problems we have summary, taking information resources planning theory, boundaryless organization theory and business process management as scientific basis and research direction, and improve the logistics management level of enterprise production as goal, production logistics system were optimized in business progress. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of enterprise production logistics system, from the horizontal, vertical management and internal and external management and other management directions, some suggestions that flattening organization of production logistics system and establishment of good communication mechanism and full implementation of the use of the information management platform and other proposals were put forward, in order to establish a systematic, scientific, refined and flexible production logistics system.
