A Study On Logistics Cost Management Of Third Party Logistics Company Based On The Strategic Orientation

With the rapid development of economy in recent years, Third Party logistics as a new service mode in logistics field stood out and developed rapidly on a global scale. Under such development and competition, the best strategy is to keep cost dominance in market.Strategic orientation has important significance for third-party logistics cost management, which also became a hot topic to many scholars in recent years. Strategic orientation theory in Third Party logistics enterprise cost management can reduce logistics costs and improve the competitiveness of Third party logistics enterprises by optimizing management methods.This thesis describes the concepts of logistics cost management. Analyzed some of the factors affecting the cost of third-party logistics enterprise logistics management and compared with the traditional management methods. By investigating the main structure and the core elements of logistics costs, understand Trade-Off phenomenon and master the Activity Based Costing. To study and multifaceted analysis of Third Party logistics cost management, proposed an appropriate direction with implementation strategy as well as specific cost management, from the perspective of the strategic orientation. Thus this thesis provides a reference for Third Party logistics cost management in practice.
