The Tourist’s Satisfaction Of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Based On The Theory Of Relative Deprivation

Relative deprivation is a sort of widespread social psychology, which is a kind negative emotions generated by comparison. In recent years, forest recreation industry has been developed rapidly in China. How about the situation of forest park tourists’s sense of relative deprivation, whether the sense affect tourist satisfaction or not, these are worth to study.This study based on the theory of relative deprivation and focus on the situation of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park visitors’ satisfaction,and from the psychological experience、recreation facilities、recreation activities、interpretation service、recreation spots five dimensions made the tourist satisfaction - relative deprivation scale according to the index of relative deprivation and other related knowledge. Then get the data through the questionnaire survey in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, use of excel and SPSS 17.0 to analysis the data correlation.Analysis results shows that the tourists satisfaction above the average levels and relative deprivation in the weak strength. In the relative deprivation and tourist satisfaction correlation analysis of psychological experience、recreation facilities、 recreation activities、interpretation service、recreation spots, the four dimensions were significantly associated in addition to the recreational activity.Through further regression analysis found that the influence significantly on tourists psychological experience, recreation facilities and interpretation service. This study also discusses the demographic characteristics in the differences of relative deprivation and tourist satisfaction, tourists age、level of education、occupation、income level on the tourist satisfaction and relative deprivation exist significant correlation.
