A Comparative Study On The Interests Of Community Residents In Forest Parks Under Two Business Models

At present,tourism has become one of the main ways of people's leisure and entertainment,the forest park with its unique characteristics of people after the fast-paced work,the rest of life after the first choice.So that China's forest park has been rapid development.However,the forest park as an important part of the tourism industry,not only in the tourism industry occupies a large proportion,but also to change the local residents of the traditional way of life,promote economic development.Therefore,the development of forest park tourism has become a new way to solve the problem of agriculture and rural areas,to help the local residents to provide a new channel for poverty alleviation.However,in the forest park tourism development process,is bound to involve the basic interests of local residents.This study explores the relationship between the development of forest parks and the vital interests of community residents from the perspective of residents,the current situation of land,economic situation,interest demands,benefit distribution and community participation from the perspective of residents.I choose two well-developed,mature different business model of the forest park,one by the government management and management of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,the second is the business management and management of the Tianmenshan National Forest Park,the interests of the two community residents compare research.Through interviews with community residents,a large number of interview data were obtained,and the interview data were compiled into text,and QSR NVivo11 was used to create the relevant nodes,and the coding was analyzed.Finally,five core categories were obtained:the status of community residents and the economic situation of community residents,The interests of the community residents,the distribution of community residents and community residents involved;10 second class group:whether the land transfer,land transfer methods,land compensation is satisfactory,the economic source,compared with the tourism development before the economy changes,Housing construction needs,community infrastructure needs,whether to provide employment opportunities,community compensation policy and whether to seek the views and opinions of residents;22 three nodes:the land has been transferred,the land is not transferred,returning farmland to forests,land acquisition,land Compensation is not satisfied,the land is not satisfied,the tourism industry,migrant workers,farming,income,income is not improved,housing expansion needs,the construction of new housing needs,renovation of old houses,road construction and transformation needs,street lighting needs,drinking water demand,,Did not provide employment,policy compensation,To seek the views and opinions of residents,did not seek the views and opinions of residents.A total of 278 nodes in the community of residents of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park were obtained,and 130 nodes were obtained from the community of residents of Tianmenshan National Forest Park.According to the number of nodes and the number of coverage,to compare the two forest park community residents of the differences.Through the comparison and summarization of the research data,it is found that the majority of the villagers in Zhangjiajie and Tianmenshan have indicated that there is no land and returning farmland to forests.However,in terms of land compensation,both sides are dissatisfied.In the economic situation,Zhangjiajie community residents from the tourism industry profit was significantly higher than the Tianmenshan community residents,but in the income changes,both sides expressed the increase in tourism development income;residents interest demands,Zhangjiajie community in housing construction needs and The demand for infrastructure is higher than that of Tianmenshan community residents,but the demand is not guaranteed.In the distribution of benefits,the community residents of Zhangjiajie can get the employment opportunities provided by the local management department,but the community residents of Tianmenshan are rarely provided by the enterprises Employment opportunities;in the policy of compensation,Zhangjiajie villagers compensation mechanism is perfect,and Tianmenshan villagers basically no policy compensation;community participation,the two sides of the villagers are reaction to the local tourism development,rarely seek the villagers Views and opinions,the villagers involved in the degree is not high.
