Construction And Analysis On Recyling System Of Second-hand Infant Clothing

Because of the fast speed of infants grow, their clothing are updated frequently. As a consequence, large amount of used clothes are generated. This kind of materials which are appropriate as recycling material are much with cotton or cotton blended fabric. At present, clothing recycling system in China is still in the beginning stages. Based on organizing and collecting a lot of researchers’ results and papers, this article systematically analyzes the development, existing problems and promoting measures of the used infant clothing recycling system in China.On the basis of literature research and interviews, this paper first summarizes the dimension and the evaluation index of the used infant clothing recycling system, and set up the initial evaluation system. After the questionnaire design, SPSS is utilized for the questionnaire data reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, etc. in order to modify indicators. Factor analysis is carried out on the data and adjusted 5 dimensions, 20 evaluation indexes infants are finally introduced into our evaluation index systems of infant clothing recycling system.According to the basic principle and steps of analytic hierarchy process, used infant clothing recycling system model is established. Through the weight analysis in the results of expert questionnaire scores, the greatest influence on used infant clothing recycling system construction indicators are recycling system credibility,demand, clothing conformal, clothing textiles features and formaldehyde content successively.According to a analysis above, those factors include "recycling system credibility" in the Internal recycling system evaluation index, "demand" in the value of recycling system index, "clothing conformal" in used infant clothing sensory index, "clothing textiles features" in internal standard index of used infant clothing and "formaldehyde content" in public health index, should be focused on by recycling organizations as construction of infant clothing recycling system.
