Research On The Supervision Of The Recycling Of Used Clothes In My Country

With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's awareness of ecological and environmental protection,the high-quality integration and recycling of resources has become a focus of social development.The vigorous development of the circular economy has spawned the emerging industry of used clothes recycling,encouraging the participation of the whole society,and the recycling methods are also showing a trend of diversification.In this context,this article is divided into four parts to study the supervision of used clothes recycling in China.First,this article sorts out the relevant concepts of used clothes recycling in academic circles and explains the theory of responsive supervision.Second,it interprets the used clothes,the development of recycling,the status quo of the industry and the main methods of the content.Third,taking the used clothes recycling bin as an example,analyze the current problems and reasons behind the used clothes recycling industry,and find out the crux of the problem.In the end,this article re-examines the development model of used clothes recycling and the top-level design of government governance,emphasizes the role of government supervision in the used clothes recycling industry,and highlights the specific measures of government supervision.The theoretical perspective of regulation suggests ways to strengthen the supervision of used clothing recycling.It is necessary to strengthen classified supervision,implement differentiated supervision,guide the industry and enterprises to realize self-regulation,and at the same time expand the main body of supervision,and encourage residents to participate actively,so as to establish an open and transparent pluralistic supervision body,highlight the level and scientific nature of government supervision,and attain government unification of supervision,industry supervision and corporate self-regulation.
