Since the 1990's, the quantity of China's waste electrical and electronic products to maintain is increasing rapidly. According to the National Statistics Institute, Since 2003, our country has entered the scrapped peak period of the electrical and electronic products. At least 10 million washing machines, 20 million TV sets, 5 million refrigerators, 10 million computers come into the elimination State. These waste electrical and electronic products contain many toxic substances, if not handled properly, it will inevitably leads to environmental pollution and threats to human health.At present, there are various recycling channels of waste electrical and electronic products in our country, most of them are the mobile recycling person, material recycling company, Scrap purchasing station. Most of the recycling channels are in decentralized management state, and recycling,second-hand markets are lack of standards. There are no perfect recycling logistics system. All of these cause inefficient recycling, high recycling costs and serious environmental pollution and so on. So building a perfect recycling logistics system of the waste electrical and electronic products is a problem worthing studying.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing waste electrical and electronic products recycling logistics system in our country, I try to improve them with the methods of theoretical research, empirical research and comparative research and actively advice to build a professional recycling-treatment center system. According to building a joint recycling logistics system including electronic and electrical products manufacturers, retailers and special recycling and handling enterprises, we can make full use of the existing logistics resources and save logistics cost. This paper also includes a number of recommendations on how to build a perfect recycling logistics system of waste electrical and electronic products about the legislation, recycling facilities building, recycling channels, the responsibility of relevant parties, payment patterns and so on. Finally, according to analyzing the HuaXing environmental protection company, I verify the feasibility of the relative models and conclusions in this paper.
