The Research Of Optimization For Remote Islands Shipping Logistics System

Along with the rising international disputes surrounding the sea, building shipping logistics network system of islands has become an urgent dimind of our country for maritime rights-. interests maintenance and guarantee for the needs of the island residents’ normal life. But because the potential political value、economic value and the actual demand of the logistics theory research of islands has not been highlighted in the past, the research of this area are relatively few.At first, this paper summrized the domestic and overseas research status of regional logistics network, regional logistics network optimization model and algorithm, route configuration and shipping fleet operation law, transportation between mainland and islands, dispute of The south China sea, and analyzed the necessity of research on shipping logistics system of islands.Second, via research on the regional logistics theory and the axial radiation theory about shipping logistics system of islands, combineing the characteristics of the islands, analyzed and interpreted how to build and optimize the logistics system of this paper using the above theory.And then, aiming at the basic requirement of building a logistics system of islands, starting from the particularity of geographical structure, running environment, type of shipping, through analyzing the characteristics of the islands’ environment and material requirements, established basic structure of each part in shipping logistics system of islands. Whereafter, useing binary plant growth simulation algorithm to match the distribution curve of the duration about the typhoon in the south China sea, combining risk factors with the traditional storage theory, Established a kind of anti-risk storage theory aiming at the logistics system in this paper. Meanwhile, established the cost model of shipping system whitch is according to the characteristics of islands.Finally, by analyzing the characteristics of the system of shipping cost model, an improved genetic algorithm has been put forward. After data collecting, this paper calculated a shipping logistics system optimization problem of certain islands in the south China sea and got good result, it proved the validity of the model and algorithm.In conclusion, this paper explored the proper laws of construction and operation about the shipping logistics network of islands, expanding the research field of the regional logistics theory, providing theory support and optimization method for the construction of logistics network of islands in our country. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value.
