This will attract institutions such asmaritime arbitration institution,classificationsociety,law office,adjuster institutions tobe settled., as a result,a ship trading platform which is fully functionaled,tradingregulated and national radiaed will be built. Therefor, high qualified talents ofhigh-end shipping service, especially shipbrokers will be in urgent demand.However, the shipping service industry in ZhouShan is quite not enough,although we have a good base of ship building and freight,as a essential part ofshipping industry,shipping service industry is still in the very low level of theindustry,especially the high value talent of shipbroker people is in great need, thesepeople can play as lubricant,yeast powder,and catalyzer in the shipping market.whichhave several types of profession,to name as Charting broker,Sale and PurchaseBroker,Freight Forwarder,Insurance broker,and Ship Finance Manager.The experiance of the development of shipbroker is abundant,especially in somecountries and regions,where shipbrokers have been done business for a hundrad atleast several decades.
