A Research Of Multi-agent Collaboration Of Entrepreneurship Cultivation Mechanism In Entrepreneurial Enterprise

With the accelerating process of socialist modernization and tremendous pressure of competition, entrepreneurial enterprises have more and more opportunities and chances for their growing and progress, which gradually become the main driving force in our economic development. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial enterprises have to face more difficulties and challenges because of the slower updates of technical levels and management abilities, which attract more experts to focus on the further study on those enterprises.Many experts’ studies show that the entrepreneur spirit is the most important influence factor in the success or failure of entrepreneurial enterprises. For entrepreneurial enterprises, breakthrough old thought imprisonment, reconfiguration of the available resources, control ability of unknown risk and sensitivity of market changes are all the necessary factors in market. This requires that entrepreneurial entrepreneur with the enough spirit of innovation and adventure, risk control ability,sensitivity& forward looking of market and personal ability, which has a decisive impact on operations management, science& technology and future direction of entrepreneurial enterprises.This paper analyzed at the view of multi-agent collaboration of entrepreneurship cultivation mechanism in Entrepreneurial Enterprise. Multi-agent collaboration,means connect the government, universities, community organizations and entrepreneurial enterprise itself together to foster entrepreneurship, to make entrepreneurship get comprehensive training, and then ultimately the formation mechanism of the mechanism spiral. Firstly, the research regulates the preliminary concepts and relevant theories, followed by analysis of the current status and problems about entrepreneurship cultivation in entrepreneurial enterprise. Then research the mechanism of foster entrepreneurship, and show the cultivation mechanism relationship among the four main by the graph. And then, design an entrepreneurship cultivation mechanism according to the last part, final results of this study point of view. The final chapter by a case to analysis further confirmed the validity of entrepreneurship cultivation and the effectiveness of the mechanism designed by this article.
