The Restricting Factors Research On Grain Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization In Heilongjiang

As the agriculture in China develops and grows quickly these years, agricultural industrialization gradually becomes the kernel of the development of agriculture and the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization become the main driving force. Heilongjiang is a big agricultural province in China, it is one of the main producing and sales area, its total output of grain is the first place in these three years. The sown area of grain and the average possession of grain is also the first one in China. As the development of the grain industry in Heilongjiang, the grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization is the hard core, which should play a leading role in the agricultural industrialization development. To sacrifice themselves into promote more grain output, increase the efficiency of grain industry and push the progress of agricultural industrialization, the grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang need to increase the market competitiveness, keep playing the leading role, achieve the goal of benefit maximization, and so on.This paper mainly use the research on grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in development, based on the Corporation Reengineering theory, theory of Constrains, Supply Chain Management theory and some fundamental theories of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, qualitatively analyze the restricting factors of grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization. Then, quantitatively analyze the subjective restricting factors of 12 grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang with PC A (principal component analysis). Find out the main restricting factors in the development of those 12 leading enterprises, and take the strongly representative Beidahuang Rice Industry Group Limited Company as an example, and analyze the restricting factors which is from the result of the PCA. At last, put forward the correspongding suggestions.
