Research On The Development Ability Of Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization In Anhui And Shandong

From ancient times to today,agriculture has always been the foundation of the country,and its position in the development of national economy has never been irreplaceable.Since the 18th National Congress,how to solve the "three rural issues" has always been an important part of our party's work.The development of agricultural industrialization plays a very important role in solving the "three rural issues".With the deepening of agricultural industrialization,the role played by leading enterprises is becoming more and more obvious,and it has very important theoretical and practical significance for its research.At present,the research on the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization(Hereinafter referred to as leading enterprises)mostly focuses on the government's policy support,fund support,technology support,enterprise financing,enterprise credit and so on.There are only a few literatures talking about the development ability of enterprises,and they basically focuses on the analysis of financial indicators.As an important indicator reflecting the value of an enterprise and its sustainable development,the study of development capability has great reference significance for the development of an enterprise.The development of leading enterprises in Anhui and Shandong can be said to be second to none,and research on it is not only for the Anhui and Shandong region,but also has great theoretical and practical significance for the development of leading enterprises in China.Based on the above analysis,this paper firstly analyses the development status of agricultural industrialization in Anhui and Shandong,then constructs the index system of enterprise development ability from two aspects of financial and non-financial indicators,and uses PCA to analyze the development ability of leading enterprises in Anhui and Shandong,and obtains the results and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The article is divided into six parts:the first part is the literature review at home and abroad;the second part is mainly about the background,significance and content of the research;the third part is the introduction of related theories;the fourth part is the development status of agricultural industrialization in Anhui and Shandong Province and the construction of development capacity index system;the fifth part is the empirical analysis,using the PCA to count.;the sixth part is the conclusions and suggestions.
