In China, agriculture is the most basic material production in the national economy sectors, the development of its relationship to the whole country’s social, economic, political and cultural stability. Since China’s implementation of household contract responsibility system, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers to produce, promote agricultural development across. However, with improved productivity, further development of market economy, decentralized management of development bottlenecks encountered farmers, farmers’income is difficult, more difficult with a high degree of large-scale agricultural enterprises, foreign competition, and more difficult with a high degree of the scale competition of foreign agricultural enterprises. In addition, the phenomenon of hidden unemployment in rural areas especially, the employment of rural surplus labor force has become a new socialist countryside construction to carry out the smooth, harmonious and stable society can a key factor. The industrialization of agriculture leading enterprises and farmers have a ray of thousands of silk ties can effectively promote farmers’income employment.In conclusion, this study based on previous studies, combined with agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Fujian Province’s operating status, input and output according to the principle put forward, from the human, material and capital investment targets to build the three elements in order to promote employment of farmers number and increasing farmers’income as output indicators, to build industry leading enterprises of agricultural households efficient evaluation system, and the use of Fujian Province,2003-2008Agricultural industrialization leading enterprise data, using stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) companies led farmers to measure the efficiency of employment income, analysis of the input factors and a number of external factors on the efficiency of business driven, the following conclusions:First, the current agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Fujian Province of the gradual expansion of scale of operation, efficiency steadily, rising corporate ability to drive farmers, businesses invest in technology to gradually increase in intensity, while increasing the product quality and safety concerns, increasing the agricultural structure rationalization.Second, through the use of stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) company led farmers to measure the efficiency of employment income、the overall parameters of the model regression results show that Fujian Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises to drive farmers and12%loss of efficiency is caused by human factors The remaining88%is due to random factors, which also shows that between2003-2008, Fujian Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises are mainly the low efficiency of farmers from the random inefficiency.Third, by analyzing the various inputs to drive the business impact of employment income households shows that the number of corporate employees, payroll, fixed assets and fixed asset investments are driven by the efficiency of enterprises have a significant effect, in which the number of employees and business fixed original value of assets and drive efficiency is inversely proportional relationship, payroll and fixed asset investment is proportional to the relationship. In addition, payroll and fixed asset investment of enterprises led farmers to increase employment of relatively large degree of influence.Fourth, promote agricultural industrialization enterprise model estimation results show the efficiency loss, in the study of the four factors, firm size, research and development efforts and financial support are driven by the efficiency of agricultural enterprises have a significant impact on the financial support of the enterprise to drive farmers ability to enhance employment income had no significant effect. In addition, three significant factors and business to drive efficiency loss function are inversely proportional relationship, that firm size, research and development efforts and financial support to enterprises led farmers to efficiency is positively correlated, in which financial support of the enterprise to drive efficient greatest impact.Finally, conclusions based on research by leading enterprises to scale and enhance the driving ability, closely link the interests of enterprises and farmers to improve the degree of organization, strengthen the guidance of government services for the rapid development of leading enterprises to create a good environment measures to improve the Fujian Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises to drive job increase the efficiency of the farmers.
