With the rapid development of social economy, the contradiction between human needs andresources and environment is increasingly intensifying. Land as the vector of human survival anddevelopment has been overly and unreasonably exploited. As of result, this has led to the decreaseof the quality of the ecological environment and seriously hindering the sustainable developmentof social economy. The public have paid more attention to the ecological benefits brought by theland use. Therefore, the study of the spatial-temporal dynamic of eco-service value based onLUCC is beneficial to deepening people awareness of the relationship between land andecological environment. In this thesis, Beng river basin belonging to YiHe basin is the study area.According to thepractical situation of Beng river basin and with the support of EADAS8.5,ENVI5.0and ArcGIS10.1, the four years’ TM and ETM remote sensing images which was based on the data of landuse in1990have been interpreted. This paper got land use database of Beng river basin in eachperiod. On the basis of this, the paper gains the per unit area ecosystem service value of equivalentfactor tables which is suitable for Beng river basin ecosystem services value which was revisedfrom Xie Daodi’s.Then using the centroid model and spatial auto-correlation model, the paperstudied the spatial-temporal dynamic features of eco-service value based on LUCC and cleared theeffect of land use change on ecosystem service value, which will provide the guidance basis forthe use of land resources and the construction of the ecological environment in the mountainareas. The main research results are as follows:1.The area of farmland and unused land of Beng river basin continually decreased during1990to2010.At the same time, the area of construction land was in a state of expandeddramatically, especially in recent five years;the area of forest land increased, but the rate ofincrease was small;the change of grassland and water area was not significant. The type of land usechange of this basin belongs to the slowly changing that the reciprocal transformation between theland classes is not frequently. But,the transformation is in the stage of development. 2.From1990to2010, the ecosystem service value of Beng river basin increased from716748.61million to725234.26million,presenting the increasing trend. However, the rate ofincrease was apparently slower. The low value grid number in the spatial pattern of the ecosystemservices value of this basin was shrinking; the grid number of the high value and higher value wasrelative increase. This illustrates that the ecosystem service function of the basin has beenimproved.3.The migration of the center of gravity of ecosystem services value was from east to west90.54m,explaining that the land reclamation activities in eastern were severer relative to thewest. The global spatial auto-correlation index of ecological service value was the first increasedand after decreased, brought that the space gathering has been the trend from enhanced togradually decreased. The spatial differentiation of ecosystem service value of the basin wasremarkable that the high-high auto-correlation areas were mainly distributed in the northmountainous hilly zone and the south and southwest low hills ecological regions and the low-lowauto-correlation areas were mainly concentrated in the central plains of the Beng river valley.Thechange of land use is the dominant factor that the spatial-temporal dynamic of eco-service valuewas changed and the value center was migrated.
