Study On Economic Development And Spatial Structure Of Jialing River Basin

The study of basin human settlements is an important direction under the research system of "living environment science".The ecological influence attributes on the economy and society is analyzed in basin units,and the economic gap in China is well recognized.It is of great practical significance to promote the new urbanization process of China,and the coordinated development of the economic and social development of basin is also the inherent requirement of the national strategy such as "the Belt and Road" and the development of Yangtze River.Jialing River Basin,as an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,and how to develop the basin economy based on ecological constraints,narrow the regional gap,optimize the industrial layout and promote the urban development is the real challenge facing the Jialing River basin.This paper analyzes the economic development process of Jialing River Basin since 2000 from the aspects of economic development level,industrial development and urban development.The status,sort out the problem and clear the direction of optimization,as a result of the proposed coordinated development of river basin economy ideas.The overall use of the "economic development and evolution-spatial structure identification-spatial structure optimization-economic coordinated development" research ideas.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter elaborates the background of the research,analyzes the necessity of the coordinated development of the river basin economy,explains the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study,and defines the county administrative boundary of the Jialing River Basin through the GIS catchment analysis,and points out that the research object is divided into two levels: county and town,Applied to the social survey method,mathematical analysis method and geographic data processing method,and pointed out the source of the research data,elaborated the main contents of each chapter and developed the research framework.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and research theories,defines the main concepts(watershed economy,industrial structure,towns and urban groups),and expounds the connotation of river basin economic development and spatial structure respectively.The theory of growth pole,core-edge theory,point-axis diffusion theory and gradient transition theory are introduced,and the quantitative analysis institute is introduced from three aspects: economic development level,industrial development and urban development.The third chapter analyzes the economic development level,spatial correlation characteristics and relative development speed of each county in the basin from 2000 to 2014 with the per capita GDP as the index.Based on the sub-bitmap,the economic spatial pattern of the four observation years(2000,2005,2010 and 2014)is explored.The spatial and temporal differences of the basin's economic development are analyzed to explore the characteristics of economic development and hot and cold spots.And then according to the relative development rate of the county economic development speed and potential,summed up the characteristics.The fourth chapter is the industrial development research,to explore the county's industrial structure changes and in the basin of industrial development level from 2000 to 2014.First analyze the overall level of the river basin,and then sort out the types of industrial structure in each county,explore the relative development level of the three industries by the regional entropy.The fifth chapter is the study of urban development,analyzes the spatial distribution of the basin towns in 2014,the socio-economic situation and the level of urbanization,and explores the population of the cities with the first distribution and the order-scale rule,the economic development level of major cities.The sixth chapter analyzes and optimizes the spatial structure of the basin,summarizes the current situation and puts forward the optimization direction,and then determines the general idea of the development of the river basin economy from the aspects of point,line and surface.According to the idea of non-balanced development of the proposed gradient development strategy,the basin downstream of Chengdu and Chongqing,upstream Guanzhong-Tianshui area,Qinba mountain areas were targeted development countermeasures.The seventh chapter is the research conclusion,the insufficiency and the prospect.Compared with the same type of research,this paper makes a new thinking and exploration in the following aspects: First,the economic development and spatial structure of the study applied to the basin unit,combined with natural factors to analyze the economic and social development of the basin;the second within the industrial research and urban research,more systematic and comprehensive analysis of the economic and social development of the basin;Third,the spatial structure of the full integration of macroeconomic policies and internal environment,comprehensive analysis of development conditions and potential,put forward the gradient development strategy.
