Research On Innovative Financial Governance System In The Network Organization

The deepening of economic globalization, and rapid development of information technology represented by big data or cloud computing led to more intense market competition and business model innovation. In this background, a spate of network organizations such as enterprise group, strategic alliance develop rapidly in order to adapt to complex external environment to enhance competitiveness. Thus the financial governance of network organization becomes a big problem to be solved. At the same time, in recent years,social network theory and enterprise network theory has been used to research corporate finance, corporate governance gradually and widely. We should pay more attention to absorbing the related discipline theory to develop financial governance theory to adapt to the new economic environment.This paper puts forward the concept of “financial-right network” for the first time. it is a kind of financial power network structure based on capital network and financial network,which contains two forms : “financial-right support network” about its initial obtaining and the “financial-right operation network” about its decomposition. It has several characteristics of the embedded, structured, cooperative, and transitivity, etc. Then, this paper puts forward a new concept of “financial-right network configuration” which is the core of the financial network governance in new economy. It is an important way of financial-right distribution and formed with the process of financial-right network. In addition, we also analysis the connotation and features of “financial network governance” which is a new concept about financial governance. With the background of network economy, it is a series of formal and informal relationships arrangement between stakeholders to improve the efficiency of financial governance and it take a holism perspective method, based on structural embedding capital network. “Financial-right network configuration” mentioned above its core content. Finally, a general analytic framework is tentatively established by us.We respectively discuss the environment,structure,mechanism and model linked to that new concept in this framework at the same time. The research for financial network governance can perfect the existing financial governance theory. Financial network governance theory is to inherit and promote the traditional financial governance to provide some guidance for complex financial practice.
