With the rapid development of Information Technology, information system has been used in more and more fields. And information system has increasingly shown their superiority and high efficiency. Nowadays, the applications of information technology (IT) industrialization has already stepped into a important time of deep, conformity, change and innovation. IT and information system have been influencing corporation on structure form, father configuration, manage system, operation flow and business mode. The corporation's operations have depended on information system, information resource and communicate network increasing. However, the failure case of information system implementation rings the alert bell that it's not all the information developing strategy will correspond with the enterprise developing strategy naturally. All these factors often become to our problems. After enterprises begin to think over how to harmonize the IT strategy with the enterprise strategy, how to make institution arrangement in the view of Corporate Governance and how to decrease the IT risk in the strategy investment and enterprise management revolutions. The industry department and user department think much more of these issues than before.How to solve these problems? I think IT Governance that was developed by ISACA(Information System Audit and Control Association)is useful. Under the background, this article will explain the conception, content system, structure of IT governance, and the key decision making analysis, introduce the IT governance model-the frame of COBIT briefly. Meanwhile, by integrating the useful tool of organization architecture, this article identifies the effective IT governance ability, and on the emphasis, studies on the use of IT governance in organization structure. By designing the roles, process and relationship to help the organization to achieve the IT governance mechanisms .In the end, an IT governance evaluation system based on value realization was created,which aims to do some help for the corporate to improving the design and implement of IT governance. Further, improving the implement of Corporate Governance for the corporate to obtain more value.
