The goal of urbanization is the changes which rural residents life and the mode of production, to achieve a high income and high living standards, rather than the expansion of city scale. Current national urbanization are going on widely beating gongs and drums, but a lot of provinces and cities did not understand the real connotation of urbanization. Some people consider that the simple transfer of rural population into the city, expand the scale of the city and increasing the population of the city which come true the construction of urbanization. Therefore the urbanization construction of the blind must damage the ecological environment which can restrict the development of the city. Our province urbanization rates are among the best in the country, a lot of achievements have been made in the construction of urbanization, but also has a lot of problems in ecological governance, mainly include:the government environmental management system is not perfect, the ecological environment governance body single underfunded, ecological environment governance, all social groups related to the environmental protection consciousness weak, environmental governance imperfect laws and regulations. In order to realize scientific and sustainable development, the government must pay attention to the ecological management problems in the process of urbanization, to clearly recognize the significance of the ecological environment for urban development.Urban ecological environment problem in our province is very serious, in order to solve the ecological environment problem at present and improve the ecological environment of governance measures in our province, the paper puts forward the following suggestions:the first is to set up the consciousness of ecological civilization; Second is to strengthen the ecological planning and design; the third is to establish a perfect system of public policy; the fourth is to the optimization of the industrial structure; the fifth is to develop circular economy; the sixth is to develop new energy; the seventh is to strengthen the construction of ecological environmental infrastructure; the eighth is to improve the ecological environment management level; nine is to improve the utilization level of garbage treatment. The ecological environment is good or bad for the development of the lives of the residents, the economy has a very important influence, and ecological governance is a complex and difficult to solve the problem, which requires the government to the leading of the powerful, the government should actively promote the enterprises, social organizations, residents into ecological governance action, contribute to the ecological and environmental problems to solve in our province.
