Goodwill is the potential economic value which can bring excess profits for the enterprise in the future. The goodwill value of an enterprise reflects the company’s inner quality about personnel characteristic, management level, business performance, customer reputation, sales network, geographical environment and many other factors. When goodwill value changed, the enterprise’s overall value will change either. Therefore, the increasing number of the researchers pays attention to the problem of influencing factors which affect the value of goodwill. There are many factors that can affect the value of goodwill; this paper proposes the senior human resources are the main factors influencing the value of goodwill. How to eliminate the other influencing factors effectively; individually quantify the weightiness which is about the senior human resources affect the corporate value of goodwill; reflecting the important degree of senior human resources in the development of an enterprise is the main purpose of this article studies. This paper adopts the combinative method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, combining with the actual case, constructing the model of analytic hierarchy process. In the process of computing, data is collected from the form of questionnaire investigation and expert scoring; making the answer constructed as compared matrix and through the consistency check. Finally, the weighted conclusion comes out. This method is an effective measurement for the value of senior human resources; its weighed contribution also reflects the utilization of senior human resources in an enterprise. From this study, according to the conclusion, corporation can develop its development strategy of internal senior human resources. It can develop the management measures of senior human resources, optimize configuration of senior human resources, and improve the utilization efficiency of senior human resources. At the same time, the conclusion of this article provides the scientific basis for the rationality of senior human resources’ compensation, and encourages enterprise to establish the mechanism of salary and staff incentive. As the core component of enterprise human resources, senior human resources’ legitimate rights and interests should be protected, and put an end to a waste and loss phenomenon from senior human resources. Therefore, the research of senior human resource’s contribution to the value of enterprise goodwill has important theoretical and practical significance.
