Human Resources Management Theory And Empirical Research

With the coming of the 21st century, technology and knowledge are playing an increasingly important role, however business technology and knowledge what they have value are achieved by people. Thus, human resources is the most important resource in an enterprise. The human resource management in enterprise is in a strategic position. So we need to research and analysis the risk of enterprise human resources management.In this paper, firstly, research on the risk of human resources management as the background, then brings this paper research of purpose and research of practical significance, and risk status of theoretical study of enterprise human resources management. Finally, this paper reviews the frame of the paper and the innovations briefly. Then the second chapter introduces human resources, and human resources management, and risk of relevant content. The third chapter is to identify the risk of human resources management and research. First of all, it makes risks identification on some aspects of human resource management, risk assessment includes an evaluation of human resources management principles established indicators of research, evaluation and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method, and so on. Finally,by analyzing A airline risks specific to the situation of human resources management, points out that there are more risks in such aspects as recruitment, training, performance assessment,employee relationship management. And the last chapter makes through the data,and results analysis for feasibility of proposal to reduce the risk of human resource management in China’s airlines.
