Forty years of reform and opening up,the rapid development of China's construction industry has made important contributions to urban and rural construction and improvement of people's livelihood.Construction enterprises have the characteristics of arduous construction environment,high labor intensity,large mobility of personnel,etc.,and the work of human resources management is complicated.Many construction enterprises still remain in the extensive management stage,and the human resources management mode is relatively backward.this will restrict the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises,affect the sustainable development of enterprises,and how to improve the human resources management effectiveness of construction companies.It is necessary to study in depth.The main body of this article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance,reviews the current status of research on human resource management effectiveness at home and abroad,and discusses the research content,methods and technology roadmap.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis,including the concept and function of human resource management,methodology of human resource management effectiveness Evaluation,project management and performance prism model,which provides the theoretical basis for the following research.The third part is based on theoretical analysis and literature research,based on the performance prism model,construction management characteristics of construction enterprises,select the evaluation index of human resource management effectiveness in construction enterprise,uses the expert scoring method to select the index,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index,establishes the index system of human resource management effectiveness Evaluation in construction enterprises.In the fourth part,Anhui Tianzhu Construction Group was taken as an example,to study the application of human resources management effectiveness evaluation index system in construction enterprises.Through the questionnaire design,test test and employee questionnaire survey,using SPSS 19.0 software to statistically analyze the questionnaire survey data,the survey found that the company employees are unsatisfied with the aspects of salary incentives,affect the enthusiasm of the work,the efficiency of the company's human resources management needs to be improved..Then put forward countermeasures and suggestions:scientifically designing the salary and benefits system,strengthening employees' vocational skills training,and implementing precise management of human resources.The fifth part concludes and prospects,summarizes the research process of this paper,and puts forward the thinking of innovation of human resources management in construction enterprises.This article through literature research and theoretical analysis,combined with the characteristics of construction companies,based on the performance of the prism model,integration of total quality management ideas,construction of human resources management efficiency evaluation index system for construction companies.Through enterprise human resources management questionnaire survey,applied research,analysis of the current problems of enterprise human resources management,put forward suggestions for the improvement of corporate human resources management effectiveness,both a strong theoretical and practical significance.
