Study On Transition Of China’s Export-oriented SMEs In The New Normal Background

This paper studied the current situation of development of the export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises under the new normal background, analyzed the main problems of the Export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises. With analyzing the causes and the problem of the direct reason under the current situation, We can get that the direct reasons is the dramatic changes in the macro economy environment of the financial crisis in2008and the fundamental reason is that the small and medium-sized enterprise’s cost is overwhelmingly upgrade caused by the transfer of international demand. Based on the reasons of the new normal background analysis, that the current development model of small and medium-sized enterprises export-oriented has not sustainable in the long term, export-oriented small and medium enterprises should actively explore the transition development patterns in the future.the Transformation of export-oriented SMEs in China should consider the economic environment, in fact it depends on our domestic environment which has undergone great changes in China and the economic development has entered a new normal, economic growth was slowing, economic drivers driven by factors and investment has turned into technological innovation-driven, economic structure and industrial structure should be done optimization, which is the objective requirements of China’s export-oriented SMEs in developing to avoid blind expansion of production scale and to actively improve internal operational efficiency, puts more technical factor, changes organizational structure optimization, and actively carry out industrial transfer.About the analysis of the transformation, on the one hand is in the study of critical factors of enterprise growth in stage model of enterprise growth, the export-oriented small and medium enterprises in our country still stay the labor source stages of the development, should actively improve the management level to a new stage and improve the technical ability; on the other hand, the use of SWOT&AHP analysis methods to analyze the changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise under the new normal background, export-oriented SMEs should take advantage of the relative production capacity for the path selection, the transition path is to improve the ability of technological innovation and management ability, positive transformation of the domestic market and create their own brands, they should take part in large-sized enterprises system, supporting with production and "borrow large-sized enterprises boats to go to abroad". After obtaining the export-oriented SMEs transformation path, the transformation of the content, and the transition process model are analyzed and selected, and then discusses the core competence transition--the improvement of technology innovation ability. Finally, based on the reference to international advanced experience, how to promote the transformation of export oriented small and medium sized enterprises is proposed.
