According to statistics, the lifeexpectancy of our small and medium-sized enterprises is only2.9years old. Even in thefifth chapter of third section of "The12th five-year plan", there are some words aboutpromoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, referred to guideenterprises cluster development, improve the innovation ability and management level.Obviously, small and medium-sized enterprises, especially export-oriented, if decide toseek long-term sustained and stable development, making good use of this weapon oftechnical innovation, making full use of their own innovation ability, and thus scientificallyallocating the benefits of good innovation is necessary.This paper consists of six chapters. Basedon the essence of enterprise’s making profit, explained the export enterprises must bymeans of technical innovation to meet the needs of diverse market to seek survival anddevelopment in the international competition, thus to maintain high profits to ensureenterprise’s long life; Market structure theory, from the perspective of the microeconomic,tells us monopoly competition market is another condition for the technical innovationcarried out in the small and medium-sized enterprises. Monopolistic competition market,with the characteristics of fierce competition, low information flow cost, flexibleorganizations, provides an advantageous industry structure for small and medium-sizedenterprises to try technical innovation certain; National innovation system theory, from theperspective of the macro environment, show us that the export small and medium-sizedenterprises in our country has certain favorable policy background and industry environment for the technical innovation.After the form of the theoretical foundation of the enterprise technology innovation,and then in the third chapter pointed out that under the influence of the global economiccrisis, our country export enterprises face tremendous subsistence pressure as well as theproblems existing in the process of technical innovation. In terms of enterprisedevelopment, shrinking external demand leads to t-he loss of the export demand, RMBappreciation cause inhibition pressure on the export, funds bottlenecks bring about thelimited investment in technical innovation, and deteriorating financing environment athome and abroad, and so on. In terms of technical innovation, capital pressure caused byinsufficient innovation input, imperfect innovation system leading to the enterprise internalresource waste, improper industry environment and the lack of national regulation makeenterprise’s technology innovation lack proper protection.Combined with the case of the technical innovation of Beijing Suny Technologies Co.,Ltd., we can know that currently, in our country, how some small and medium-sized exportenterprises use technical innovation to promote development on the world stage for survival.And at the end of the article, according to current situation of the development of small andmedium export enterprises in our country, as well as the problems existing in the innovationprocess, a series of countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward: Firstly, to inc-rease investment in technological innovation, including investment in hardware productionequipment, as well as the software aspects independent brand of investment; Secondly,improve company’s inner system of the technical innovation, which can ensure theinnovative talents and help the enterprise to do the innovation by means of the innerresources as well; Thirdly, the industry environment and the service system, includingestablishing specialized industry association and strengthening international exchange andcooperation of technological innovation; Fourthly, to improve the national innovationsystem, the country should make relevant laws and regulations, improve the financial andfiscal and taxation policies to bring convenience for enterprise financing, at the same timealso need to set up independent of the government departments to ensure that the policyexecution, and so on.In the sixth chapter of the summary and outlook, there is a conclusion about the mainidea.
