As the most important business target of assets appraisal industry, no other targets can match it on technical difficulty or incoming source scale. The mainly method of enterprise appraisal contains costing, incoming approach and market approach. Theoretically, costing method doesn’t match the content of enterprise value, however incoming approach and market approach does, but in practical work at home, the dominance is costing method because of many constraints, which limited the use of incoming approach and market approach. BP neural network is a kind of artificial neural networks, it is functional on approaching any nonlinear functions on theory. Able to simulate complex mappings in the case of insuffcient information or a uncertain functional relationship.
