Since the reform and opening up, the market economy vigorous development,China’s labor relation also produced tremendous change. Among them, the rapid rise of private economy, private enterprises have become the emerging force, promoting China’s economic development and contradiction, capital of private enterprises also continue to intensify, the number of labor disputes cases have constantly increased,and increasingly become an important factor influencing the construction of socialist harmonious labor relations in china. The heavy disaster area of frequent problems in labor relations in private enterprises is micro, small and micro enterprises, especially labor-intensive manufacturing industries for micro, small and micro enterprises,labor disputes not only seriously inhibited the staff enthusiasm for production, at the same time, the normal operation of enterprises had the opposite effect, also affect the social stability and harmony. While the market economy unceasing consummation and the development, constant changes in the economic developed area of labor relations, provides favorable conditions for the development of the collective salary negotiation system and perfect. Research on the system of collective wage negotiations, has the important theory significance and the practical significance to the government, enterprises, internal allocation mechanism is scientific and reasonable, has an important reference value.In the process of actively explore around Taizhou, collective wage negotiation mode has received widespread attention from all sectors of society. The model of originated in Taizhou Wenling sweater industry, the implementation of the system, the local woolen sweater industry labor dispute decreased more than 90%, the rights and interests of workers have been effectively safeguarded, improved labor relations in enterprises, played a good role of win-win.Implementation based on Taizhou area of Zhejiang Province, the collective wage negotiation system as an example, to explore the collective wage negotiation situation,through the views and opinions on the current small and micro enterprise salary collective negotiation work investigation of Taizhou collective wage negotiation with the related parties, as well as their ideal model of work demands and suggestions, to understand the main effect and the restriction factor small and micro enterprise salary collective negotiation work, and explore the establishment of sound ways and methods of smal andl micro enterprise salary collective consultation system.
