In an age full of opportunities and challenges, the competition for human resource among enterprises is increasingly fierce as the enhancement effect of the industry efficiency is more obvious owing to high and new technology. Human resource has become the greatest and the most important resource for enterprises that maintain their competitive advantage. As for the competition for human resource,salary motivation is the most effective and the most direct solution. Reasonable salary motivation can make enterprises gain talents, keep talents and make good use of talents for better. As to employees, what they are eager to is not only the needs for salary, but also the needs for self-worth, personal feelings and personal dignity. The most attracting aspect is that employees can work happily and gain rich rewards; as to enterprises, salary is not only the cost of human resource, but more correctly an investment for human resource. Reasonable salary management system can ensure enterprises human resource advantage in competition, which will turn into market advantage in competition.This thesis is made up of five parts including background, framework, purpose and significance of this research, a summary of the applied theories foundations of this research on salary management of Yantai ZC Development and Construction Group Co, LTD, the current situation of salary management of ZC Group and its potential problems, the solution to these problems and the conclusion of the study results and its prospect as well.According to the research on theories of salary management, based on current and future targets of enterprises, this thesis analyzes that salary management plays a role in enterprises ’ operation, proposes a set of salary management optimization solution for ZC Group, supply the theoretical basis and reference value to improve enterprises’ performance and provide reference to salary management system reform of other similar enterprises.
