With the rapid development of international economy,the business of machinery, metallurgy, cars, electric and aircraft industry grow fast,which brings out growing demand of high efficiency metal cutting requirements, as a result,the market of Bi-metal bandsaw blades grows as it is the accessories of Bandsaw machine. however, Japan, Germany,America and England have seized most of the global market as earlier enterprise enter this industry,and many new companies joined this industry nowadays. Under this background, as the leading manufacturer of Bi-metal bandsaw blades,Bichamp built a specialized export group, in order to maintain the continual and stable development of export business and win more market, it is important to study on the export strategy and choose the proper one for Bichamp.This article is based on the related theory of strategy management,international trade and international marketing, start with the study of global and domestic Bi-metal band saw blade production and trade status, assess the company by analyze the export environment and using SWOT theory,then research on Bichamp’s Export strategy choosing on the aspect of market positioning,target market choosing and export strategy choosing and come out the strategy of differentiation competition strategy,combine with the relevant plan and guarantee measurement.Because that the development of domestic Bi-metal bandsaw blades is later than foreign countries,and few scholar study on the export strategy of Bi-metal bandsaw blades,this article ‘s study is significant for Bichamp’ s export business,and also use for reference to other domestic companies ’ export business.
