With the fierce competition and management requirement get deepening day by day, the tobacco industry of our country is actively seeking to transition: study of “three project”, to explore the market-oriented reform, mining the retail terminal functions, enhance the image of the industry standard management, build up a customer-oriented service system etc. Xiangtan tobacco company as a regional commercial enterprise, followed by the overall planning of Hunan tobacco, will adhere to the retail customers as a member of the value chain, the terminal services as an important work, and continuously strengthen the internal capacity, to create a unique brand. After years of development, Xiangtan has made great achievements in the enterprise management and the construction of logistics, but with the advanced level of the industry is still a certain distance, especially on how to make full use of the customer value evaluation results is still a gap between the development of fine service.“Terminal by the world”, this has become the consensus of the tobacco industry. Strengthening the study on the management strategy of the terminal service optimization, a careful analysis of the customer demand, according to the customer value design services is an important measure.This article first elaborated the theory of customer value and customer service management, lay the foundation for the following research. Through careful study of the development trend of the industry, defines the research scope of the article. Design optimization scheme based on customer value after analysis of the problem.The study, the main is to continuously improve the service strategy, effectively help the company to achieve marketing objectives, to provide a basis for company’s strategic decision-making, and provides for other companies.
